It is a Motorcraft filter and not aftermarket so that is great. My 2005 Ford Escape didn't even have a cabin filter installed from the factory so this will be a huge improvement. I have heard a lot of other Escapes and Tributes do not come with them from the factory as well. Very easy install after I Google searched on how to do it and found this link below. Product received was as expected and no problems. The only issue was the delivery. I had ordered this item with what I thought would be plenty of time to receive and install the part before a big trip. I was told it would arrive by a certain date which was fine. Then my part seemed to disappear for nearly three weeks after that with no tracking info. I was told by AMAZON that UPS doesn't always enter tracking information (really?). Shortly after this email, all of the sudden the tracking info appeared and the part showed up 2-3 days later. Disappointed in the shipping speed especially when AMAZON usually exceeds expectations in this area. Still not sure if this was an AMAZON issue or UPS.

Quality air filter for my 2003 F250 7.3L Diesel. Fits perfectly like all Motorcraft Parts. These trucks are very sensitive to restricted airflow, so change your air filter frequently to keep your MPGs up.

These filters cost around $50.00 from the dealer. Saved big bucks by buying it here on Amazon. It is identical in every way to the original factory filter that I took out of our 2008 Escape Hybrid. I like having my vehicles serviced at my Ford dealership, but am not about to over pay for parts. If they are only a few dollars higher than aftermarket prices, I will not make the extra effort to find parts elsewhere. But when you pay over 50% less from Amazon on this part, you have to go for it.And the frosting on the cake is no Illinois sales tax. I so love depriving the reckless idiots in Springfield, of as much of my money as possible.

it is a perfect fit and the same quality as Toyota OEM. the picture is not the same as the actual product. better quality than mann filter. for $11 at amazon i will recommend it.

This is the OEM replacement filter, so I did not anticipate or have any problems with the quality or fit of the filter. The only thing that might come in handy would have been brief installation instructions. I wasn't even sure where cabin filter was until I did a bit of research online.

This filter was shown as a replacement for the '09 F150 - 5.4l engine. It fits in the air box fine but its not as thick as the OEM filter I replaced.

I needed a new air filter for my 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid. The Motorcraft FA1772 is the Ford factory recommendation, and I did not want to buy any other off-brand or generic reproduction. Dealer pricing here in Central Ohio was formidable, so I did an internet search. Amazon.com (as usual) had what I wanted, in stock, and at the lowest price. My history with Amazon.com has been excellent: low prices, high quality, and quick shipping.

Factory recommended equipment for an 2003 F150, fits like a charm. Even have the Lighting model and it fits no problems.
